We offer a discounted self-pay rate for patients who are either uninsured, or have a health insurance that we are out-of-network with (some restrictions may apply for patients with Medicare Advantage Plans). We are an authorized provider for Care Credit patient financing, which may afford patients the opportunity to make monthly payments for treatment. Your intake paperwork will have a financial section that explains our financial policies even more in-depth.
